EE.UU. ha declarado oficialmente «terrorista» a Nicolás Maduro por ser presuntamente el dirigente del Cartel de los Soles, al que ha incluido en la lista de organizaciones terroristas extranjeras.
El gobierno venezolano ha respondido que es una «vil mentira» porque ese cartel no existe. Trump estrecha así el cerco a Maduro en plena tensión militar en el Caribe.
